Responsibilities:
Consider, on a continuing basis, collaborations and associated authorship
within the consortium
Consider, on a continuing basis, Conflict of Interest and Disclosure
issues
Consider, on a continuing basis, outside collaborations that draw
on or relate to ISCC work
Draft guidelines and policies regarding authorship and publications for approval by the Steering Committee
Aid in arbitration about authorship issues, as needed
