Responsibilities:
Review and recommend pilot projects to the SC
Interact with Publication and Authorship Subcommittee as needed for new collaborations
Interact with Quality and Standards Subcommittee to help manage mature consortium resources internally and, when appropriate, with external collaborators and interested parties
Consider collaborations to be established on a continuing basis
